We credit our success to providing outstanding customer service while taking our customers to only the top-rated wineries and transporting them inside newly built limo-style party buses with comfortable seating and ice cold air-conditioning.
About Our Tours
what we offer
We are able to accommodate parties of any size and offer tours for special occasions such as Birthday Parties, Bridal Parties, VIP Experiences, Holiday Parties, and Corporate Events. All of our tours are public, and offer quality transportation inside newly built limo-style party buses with cold a/c, bottled water in a mini-bar, electronic tablets to play your own music, and friendly staff who are always eager to provide you with an enjoyable experience.
Pricing for all of our tours offer/include the wine tastings at each winery, a guided production tour (Traditional Wine Tour), a seated-hosted tasting (Rancho Cal Tour), transportation, and a tour-guide.
Lastly, we also offer private tours and custom pick-ups for parties with a minimum of 14 people. Non-drinker tickets ($50 each / 18+ years) can be purchased to meet the 14 person minimum requirement.
what we do not offer
Our tours do not offer private excursions off the grounds of the winery and into the vineyards. We also do not offer guided tours at every winery location, except for our traditional wine tour where you will receive a guided production tour. Lastly, we do not offer private tours or custom pick-ups for parties less than 14 people.
De Portola Trail & Rancho California Road
Various Itineraries
Our Traditional Wine Tour takes place on De Portola Trail, which is the side of Wine Country which is more scenic, has less traffic, and hosts more of the locals from the area. For this tour, customers will receive a guided production tour at one of the wineries, learn a little bit about the wine making process, and try a wine tasting from a production barrel.
Our Rancho Cal Wine Tour takes place on Rancho California Road, which is the side of wine country that started it all back in the late 1960’s. There tends to be more traffic as it is a little bit less scenic and may have more tourists visiting the wineries in this area. For this tour, customers will receive a seat-hosted wine tasting at a boutique winery and eat lunch inside a barrel room. We like to offer this tour to our returning customers so they can visit the other side of Wine Country.
Wine Tasting Tips
Here are some suggestions we complied to help make your experience as enjoyable as possible!
- Eat a hearty breakfast before starting your day. We will supply you with plenty of water on the bus to keep you hydrated.
- Take your time when wine tasting. If you do not like a wine, buckets are provided for dumping. You do not need to sample every wine offered – taste what appeals to you.
- We allocate additional time at the 2nd winery to give you the opportunity to have lunch!
- Be responsible by taking an Uber or Lyft to and from your tour’s pickup location.
